Although it is hardly required to tell motocross riders that a well maintained dirt bike is an absolute necessity for the sport, it should be noted that not all dirt bike parts are created equally. All this talk about our suspension system should be backed up by an actual explanation as to why our parts are superior. Our suspension system we named the SPHERE hydraulic cartridge consists out of 8 parts. All of whom are designed to function in perfect unison.
Thanks to the 38 clicks system the compression regulator allows for a very easy and adjustable regulation of the compression. The bleed valves that we use for our system laboratory calibrated. This way the correct internal pressure is always spot on.
A greater sensitivity of the front fork is something a lot of riders desire if not outright demand. We achieve this by implementing our own bladder system. The compression piston we use does not have 3 but 4 oil passages. As a result the oil flow is greater and more precise.
Not only is the rebound piston made from the same material as the compression piston (ERGAL 7075) it also has 4 oil passages. These passages decrease the wear of oil and shims. The slide band, Teflon treated, allows the hydraulic cartridge more sensitivity. The rebound regulator gives you extreme freedom in adjusting the rebound thanks to the 38 clicks system.
You want to ride your bike not fiddle around with it. Which is why we made sure to include the fast preload. You can preload your dirt bike fork without even having to remove hydraulic cartridges. A specific profile to the lip seal on the rod oil seal makes sure you don’t have to worry about the slip-stick effect on the small movements of the shock absorber.
Dubbed the SPHERE NEW HEROES we have developed a suspension system especially for the youth. These dirt bike parts are especially made to be fitted on any KTM 65cc. It divers slightly in the design form the SPHERE hydraulic cartridge in that it is specifically designed for 65cc bikes. Off course the same care and quality has been given to the SPHERE NEW HEROES as all our products.
We offer a complete package. We have in cooperation with a notable company in the sector developed a special oil for our dirt bike parts. This oil has been developed to handle high temperatures and protects against seal-wear. It is also has an anti-foam/anti-tear blend.
