Kit XP-One PRO WP Xplor forks from 2018 to 2023 and for Gas Gas 2024

The new XP-One  PRO is for all KTM EXC and Husqvarna models from 2018 to 2023 and Gas Gas 2024. It is a significant upgrade for Husqvarna 701 Enduro from 2021 to 2023,  and KTM 690 R Enduro from 2019 to 2023.

How does XP-One PRO kit work? The new XP-One PRO kit doubles oil flow on the compression side and as a result of the new system of regulation of compression damping, the front fork has increased stability and versatility on all types of terrain and conditions. The new system used on this kit increases the stability on high speed up to 30% versus the classic XP-One kit offering more control and safety.

For optimum function of the upgrade kit, we recommend using Cube oil. 

Kit XP-One for WP Xplor forks 2022 - 2023 and for Gas Gas 2024

The new XP-One is for all KTM EXC and Husqvarna 2022-2023 and Gas Gas 2024.

How does XP-One kit work? The new XP-One kit should be install only in the compression leg (Left side) and not on both legs like in the version for models until 2021, so put it on your bike is faster and easier!

For optimum function of the upgrade kit, we recommend using Cube oil.

Kit XP-One for WP Xplor forks from 2017 to 2021

The XP-One is a kit researched by Dal Soggio Race, to upgrade the WP Xplor forks, which are fitted on the new KTM EXC and Husqvarna 2017 , 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.

How does XP-One kit work? The XP-One kit replaces the base valve and the mid valve (not present on the original fork) to obtain a much more regulated oil flow for the shock absorber.

For optimum function of the upgrade kit, we recommend using Cube oil.

Kit B-One for Beta 2019 – 2024 with Sachs Open cartridge

The B-One is a kit researched by Dal Soggio Race, to upgrade the Sachs Open forks, which are fitted on the Beta 2019-2024.

How does B-One kit work? The B-One kit simply changes the shims in the base valve and replace the mid valve system with our one, which includes our CNC machined piston that has got 4 oil passages.

For optimum function of the upgrade kit, we recommend using Cube oil.

Kit RS for rear shock 2017 – 2025

The RS Kit was developed by Dal Soggio Race to increase performance of the WP rear shock.  Husqvarna, KTM, Gas Gas, Fantic and Beta from 2017 to 2025.

How does the RS kit work? The RS kit redesigned piston and shims settings re-calculate oil flow resulting in a better shock with higher capabilities . This kit includes our CNC machined piston in ERGAL 7075 T6 with hard anodizing featuring 4 oil passages.

RAY KIT PISTONS FOR WP 4CS is a kit, researched and created by Dal Soggio Race to enhance the performance of WP 4CS, efficaciously revolutionizing the whole front fork.  Once the modification kit has been installed, both fork legs work to the pressurize the whole system.  This is suited for enduro, motocross, or any other off-road disciplines.

Kit Ray version 2016

The RAY pistons kit for WP 4CS is used by professional riders looking for even more high performance, but it is also perfect for any rider who simply wants to obtain the best feel of the WP 4CS front fork. With only a few adjustments, the results are amazing and ensure that the front forks works naturally, creating less friction and giving you greater comfort and safety when you riding your motorcycle.

How does RAY kit pistons work?

The RAY kit completely modifies the way WP 4CS system works, isolating compression in the lower part and rebound in the upper part of each leg, doubling the shim oil flow.

What does RAY include?

The RAY kit includes:

  • 2 assembled compression units
  • 2 pins with rebound calibration
  • 2 compression clickers to apply on the upper caps
  • 2 adjusters to increase the springs’ preload

How do I install the RAY kit? 

We at Dal Soggio Race always recommend that you contact suspension tuning experts (refer to our “Retailers” page), who can quickly, properly, and safely install and setup your RAY kit.  Safety should never be underestimated!

Which versions of RAY are available?

Two versions of the kit are available: one for all KTM models and one for Husqvarna models that came stock with WP 4CS front forks from 2013 to 2015, and 2016 models

Kit Exa

Exa kit Pistons is a special kit to modify and enhance the performances of the WP 48. The pistons are manufactured from solid ERGAL 7075 T6 and are then anodized and coated with Teflon to ensure a greater duration.

Spring Kit For WP XACT fork and WP AIR fork

This is a very simple but functional air fork conversion to traditional forks with springs.  The upgrade only provides the substitution of the pneumatic part.

The spring supplied with the kit is available in various hardnesses, based on a rider’s needs.

Sphere Young Heroes for WP 85CC AER fork
