As a result of in-depth studies and several tests on dyno and on track, Dal Soggio Race is proud to introduce the NEW SPHERE 3.0 !!! This totally renew cartridge will amaze you to be even more performant than its big sister.
BLADDER
The inside of the new bladder is thinner and strenght and this makes the entire cartridge much more sensitive and precise on bleeding.
COMPRESSION BASE VALVE
The compression base valve has separated high speed and low speed settings, so they could be individually modified.
COMPRESSION PISTON
The new compression piston is 36mm diameter and no longer 28mm and this increases by far the linearity of the entire front fork.
But the real revolution is the “Direct Flow technology”. The piston takes the oil directly without Z passages and it gives less stress to cartridge.
“QUICK INSTALL” OF SPHERE KIT 3.0 FOR WP XACT 2024 AND SACHS 2023-2024 FRONT FORK.
This new model of SPHERE KIT has the “Quick Install system” and with it is no longer necessary remove the inner tube from axel lug to install the kit on WP XACT 2024 and SACHS 2023-2024 front fork.
But also if the assembly is easier now, we of Dal Soggio Race, and all our dealers, always recommend to contact the centers specialized in suspensions’ set up (you could find someone on “Retailers” page), where expert people will know quickly install and setting your SPHERE hydraulic cartridge in the best way and in safety, that should never be underestimated.
What Oil is used inside SPHERE?
As in all our models inside SPHERE Kit there is our Cube oil 5W.
