WP Xplor fork – What can we do for it? And what products you can choose?
Hi guys! The two questions that you see above are very interesting, and for this reason I want to give you a comparison of my products exaclty for WP Xplor front fork.

- XP-One kit – version 2017-2021 and 2022-20233
- XP-One PRO kit version 2018-2023

XP-One kit
For sure the XP-One kit is of my range of products the most simple and essential, but this doesn’t mean that it’s not also effective for WP Xplor front fork.
You can find it in two versione: XP-One kit from 2017 to 2021 version, so for all models of KTM EXC and Husqvarna 2017 , 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. And XP-One kit from 2022 to 2023 version, therefore for all models of KTM EXC and Husqvarna 2022 and 2023.
How does XP-One kit for WP Xplor work?
The first one, so the XP-One kit 2017-2021 replaces the base valve and the mid valve (not present on the original WP Xplor) to obtain a much more regulated oil flow for the shock absorber.
Instead the version 2022-2023 should be install only in the compression leg (Left side of your WP Xplor front fork) and not on both legs like in the version for models until 2021. Therefore put it on your bike is faster and easier!
XP-One PRO kit
This is the second option for your Wp Xplor. Compared to standard XP-One, the XP-One PRO kit is more performant. It was designed for all KTM EXC and Husqvarna from 2018 to 2023. It is perfect for Husqvarna 701 Enduro, KTM 690 R Enduro too.
How does it work?
The new XP-One PRO kit doubles oil flow on compression side. Indeed thanks to the new system of regulation of compression, the front fork has more stability and versatility on all types o terrain and tracks. Moreover the new system used on this kit increases the stability on high speed up to 30% respect the classic XP-One kit and the rider has more control. And it is exaclty for all these reasons that it is more performant than the basic model of XP-One kit.
Sphere Kit
And the third option is… the super performant Sphere Kit! As many of you already know, my Sphere Kit is one of the most complete products to upgrade front fork. Why? Because with it you completely change the internal part, giving to front fork greater stability in every terrain and tracks.
Why choose SPHERE for your WP Xplor?
The answer is very simple. Evidently this particular sealed and pressurized cartridge considerably increases the precision and sensitivity of the fork, giving better feedback to rider. Consequently, beyond just safety, you will have more fun riding your dirt bike, whether you are racing or just out having fun riding with friends.

- New piston bands which now more resistant;
- Bladder with a new type of rubber to ensure a greater resistance;

FSR-48 complete front fork
Last but not least… the amazing FSR-48 complete fornt fork!!
The all new Dal Soggio Race FSR-48 is an innovative complete front fork that was designed and built in Italy by the owner Gianni Dal Soggio to be the top of the line. Constructed using ultra-premium ERGAL 7075 T6 with hard anodizing and DLC treatment and featuring the Sphere hydraulic closed cartridge, the FSR-48 is without compromise the perfect fork for all types of riders and disciplines.
What do you find on FSR-48 front fork:
- The fork is in ERGAL 7075 T6 which is an incredible material and as you probably already know we use it in 85% of our components;
- Then the outer tube is super machined inside, to have an incredible fluidity;
- DLC coating outside and hard anodizing inside;
- And inside you find our Sphere kit hydraulic cartidge;
- SKF seals;
- And then axel lugs are made in ERGAL 7075 T6 too, completely machined from solid;

XP-One Kit
If you are an amteur rider, that simply need more comforteable front suspension when you do your Sunday’s ride with friend, this is the perfect choice. It improves your front fork, without having to do big changes. Perfect for quiet rides and it has a very interesting price!
XP-One PRO Kit
In case you are enough expert, that practice enduro with friends and you need that your suspension would not be too stiff on rocky grounds, you take a good decision if you buy the XP-One PRO kit.
It could give you the things that you need and also in this case, without have to change all the internal part of your WP Xplor. This is kit is also suitable for Husqvarna 701 Enduro, KTM 690 R Enduro.
Sphere Kit
To upper questions you replied that: you are an expert rider, your favorite discipline is enduro, but you are preatty good on hard enduro too and if you don’t use your bike at least once a week you get nervous (don’t worry, it’s normal, I know many riders like you 🙂 ); you have no doubts, your front fork has absolutely follow you when riding… Certainly Sphere kit is a wise choice! Why? Because it gives you all you need! It fits to all types of ride, discipline and terrain and “works well in stressful conditions”.
Anyway, exactly because it is so versatile is perfect for every type of rider, also for amaterurs that canonly find advantages with it!
